Pretty much smack dab in the middle of Kansas, there exists a tremendous piece of architecture known as Marymount College. Built as a Catholic based liberal arts college in 1922, this imposing structure was divided into residential and commercial properties and the first condo was sold in 2012. What began as 3000 square feet of broken concrete, broken bricks and a steel beam canvas, gave way to a space perfect for an owner who trusted and let me interpret his thoughts, into a space that is warm, welcoming and intimate, whether it's for a party of 1 or a party of 100.
